Real estate in Collingwood, Blue Mountain and South Georgian Bay, done right

I work across South Georgian Bay, including Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Thornbury, Wasaga Beach, and Meaford, along with Port Credit and South Mississauga. My focus is luxury, resort, and lifestyle properties, from full-time homes to weekend retreats.

Freed Blue Mountain is a new hotel-residence in the heart of Blue Mountain Village, with studios up to three-bedroom penthouses furnished by RH. I am Head of Sales for the development, so I can walk you through floor plans, pricing, and how ownership works before you commit.

In many buildings, yes. Plenty of owners use their place on weekends and ski weeks and rent it the rest of the time to help offset carrying costs. Rules on short-term rentals vary by building and municipality, so the right property depends on how you plan to use it. I help you sort that out before you buy, not after.

A resort residence usually comes with amenities, shared services, and in some cases a rental or management program, in exchange for monthly fees. It is closer to owning a lifestyle than owning a plain house. The tradeoffs are worth understanding early, and that is a large part of what I do.

It helps more than most buyers expect. Pre-construction contracts, deposit structures, and occupancy timelines are different from resale, and having someone who knows the developments and the paperwork protects you. Working with me costs you nothing on most pre-construction purchases, since the builder covers agent compensation.
